General FAQs How
to use Webmail?
Webmail is not much different than Yahoo mail or Hotmail. You log into the system
at this site and click on the inbox to see your new mail. You click compose to
write an new email and click send to send it. Its really simple. We suggest you
spend some time in it.
How large can emails be?
We allow a single email to be no more than 40 Megabytes. This
is considerably higher than most ISPs. We ask that you dont
abuse this privledge.
How much storage space do you provide for webmail?
This can vary depending on what type of plan you have with us. Personal accounts
normally allow up to 40 Megabytes and business accounts provide at least 100
MB of storage.
How many emails can I send at a time?
We don't care how many emails you send a day. We do monitor our servers for abuse.
Our system automatically detects a spammer and immediately shuts down the account
for further investigation. If you need to send a large amount of emails you
should contact us for special consideration.
I lost my password.
You'll need to call in. We must reset your password manually.
How do I change my password?
If you know your old password you may change your password using the CHANGE
PASSWORD link here. If you do not know your current password you will have to contact
us for a manual reset.

will be similar for other clients.

I can receive mail but I can not send mail.
You most likely did not check the "My
server requires authentication" boxduring
your setup. See the basic instruction here for tips on where to check this box.
My email was returned with an error..
OK, Here you need to do alittle detective work before calling for support. First,
the returned email will give you an error and sometimes tell you what the problem
was. Example
(" No user by that name" usually means you typed the email address correctly).
If you dont see the issue then please forward the email with the error listed
to support@dtisupport.com. Without the errrors we can not help.
Security FAQs
Do you scan for viruses and SPAM?
Yes. Our servers use advanced heutoristic and pattern matching along with blacklist
verification on every singe piece of mail received from other ISPs. We block
10s of thousands of pieces of bad mail per hour.
Why do I get mail marked as --Possible SPAM-- if your blocking SPAM?
Here's the deal. By default our scanning process identifies the SPAM, markes
it in the subject line with the --Possible SPAM-- and forwards it on to you.
Why do we still send it to you? Thats simple. SPAM technologies occassionaly
falsly mark legitimate email as SPAM. We would hate to delete an important
email (eg a contract from a client). So we forward it to you and let you decide.
If, after using our email service, you feel comfortable in our SPAM identification
you may set your account to immediately delete suspected SPAM. This has to
be your decision as we will assume no liability for automatically deleted SPAM
matches.
How do I keep --Possible SPAM-- out of my inbox.
SImple. Create a rule in your email client that moves any new email with --Possible
SPAM-- in the subject line to a folder called junk mail. Then once a week or
so review the --Possible SPAM-- for any legitimate email that may have been
falsely marked as SPAM.
I received SPAM that was not marked as --Possible SPAM--
when it arrived.
Please forward the email to
bad-spam@dtisupport.com. We will feed the email into system for relearning.
